With highly skilled, friendly engineers throughout the UK Hoot Fire & Security offer a maintenance package on all Fire, Intruder, CCTV and Access Control systems. It is a requirement for commercial insurance to ensure Intruder, CCTV and Access Control systems have regular maintenance checks to keep them in working order.
Hoot Fire and Security have a network of on call engineers that cover the entire UK allowing us to react speedily to your needs. Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) offers cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and our engineers are on call 24 hours a day with technical support to fix any issues that might arise.
Fire
It is a legal requirement that all fire Systems are checked biannually to ensure they remain fully operational as originally designed and commissioned. We offer a maintenance package with a full inspection and system test twice a year to meet this condition and ensure your system is operating to an optimum level.
Intruder
Intruder alarms have an annual or biannual check to increase the lifespan of the system, ensuring it is working to specification and your requirements, making sure it continues to protect your business.
CCTV
Biannual checks are important to ensure camera lenses are clean, the image capture remains of the highest quality with no deterioration, camera angles and images are correct, storage requirement are still satisfactory and storage quality hasn’t deteriorated keeping your system in full working order capturing the best quality images and protecting your premises.
Access Control
Access Control Systems are checked annually or biannually to ensure all components are operational, locks are secure and database is functioning as required. Any issues that arise can be addressed and resolved.
